Duplicity

The Secretariat builds a search for the Action Agenda, UNEP-WCMC builds a search for their commitment platform. UNEP-WCMC builds a form, The Secretariat builds a form. Now multiply this by hundreds for all the commitment platforms out there. This is not sustainable and extremely wasteful. These pieces are costly as well.

Lack of Resources

The Secretariat has never been able to implement all software features needed for their commitment platform. Furthermore, has never been able to tie API's together aggregating commitments from other platforms for the same reason.

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results

No commitment platform appears to have been as successful as https://climateaction.unfccc.int in terms of outreach and acquisition.
